Shrijanshil Nepal is a nationwide, charitable non-governmental organization which has committed to bringing Positive Change for the sustainability of education and overall well-being of the underprivileged communities. The organization works tirelessly towards creating opportunities that bring Happiness to every family. Shrijanshil Nepal stands for creative mentality, constructive actions, and positivity. We are a group of like-minded people who understand and value what it means to give back. We are always on the lookout for fresh perspectives to help us do our work better.
In this journey since its inception, we started with the heart wrenching earthquakes of 25th April and 12th May 2015 in Nepal, which exposed the depth of poverty, and inequality of opportunities for the children and youth in most of the villages of Nepal. The founding team members are professionals and business people who have been actively involved in contributing towards social development in Nepal. After the earthquake, we came together and decided to work collectively to contribute towards the empowerment of the youths, improving the status of women in society, promotion of education, environment conservation, entrepreneurship development and community uplifting activities.
We, at Shrijanshil Nepal, focus on the development, education, and healthcare of disadvantaged children, young people, as well as the well-being of women. We believe in providing a platform to the youths to showcase the innate talents every child carries. We provide a medium for the skills and qualities inherent in every child to blossom and bloom. We focus on the proper utilization of human resources, time, and ideas to help families and communities flourish.
Shrijanshil Nepal was established in 2018 as a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) under the Association Registration Act 1977 of Nepal. Shrijanshil Nepal has been registered at Social Welfare Council Nepal and has a PAN number registered with the Department of Inland Revenue.
Mission: Our mission is to promote the Quality of Life for ALL through the development of "Health, Education, Livelihood, Prosperity." We envision a vibrant and equal Nepali society in which everyone is able to live with dignity and have access to opportunities for self-development. In this process, we are transforming the lives of youth by taking the time, care, and resources to help them improve their competencies and develop themselves as entrepreneurs and leaders.

In the wake of the 2015 Nepal earthquake, Shrijanshil Nepal stepped up to rebuild shattered schools, prioritizing children's diverse talents beyond academics, aiming to guide them towards limitless life possibilities.
Expressing profound gratitude, we appreciate the generous contributions from well-wishers, fostering positive change in education and well-being for underprivileged communities.
We aim, 'A selfless involvement with a feeling to touch the heart by providing services, "With a Difference to make a Difference".
We played a pivotal role in post-earthquake relief efforts, focusing on rebuilding Laprak village and supporting education by reconstructing Shree Prajabasti Primary School in Gorkha.
Empowering education with 'Let us Learn & Let us Teach,' addressing material and support gaps. Focusing on youth leadership and volunteerism for experiential learning and impactful service.
Empowering Chepang women in Gandaki, Gorkha, for financial independence and dignified living. Agricultural sessions focus on poultry farming, cash crop cultivation, and kitchen gardening for sustainable income and community upliftment.
Members of the foundation have been very active in contributing towards the social development in Nepal through various non-government institutions and, at personal levels. We however realize that there is so much to be done and have joined forces and are now glad to be working as Shrijanshil Nepal after the 25th April 2015 earthquake.
