and women through skill development training programs.
- Sanitary Pad Making Training: Equipped women of Chepang Unnati Mahila Samuha with
valuable skills in cloth pad production, fostering self-sustainability and income generation.
- Career Counseling: Guided students of class 11 and 12 towards informed career
choices, promoting clarity and direction in their professional endeavors.
- Visionary Discussions: Facilitated face-to-face interactions with students,
nurturing their aspirations and aligning them with future goals.
- CV Writing Training: Empowered students of Shree Bijaya Bhawani Secondary School
and Shree Prajabasti School with essential CV writing skills, enhancing their employability and
career prospects.

Conduct training sessions on different kinds of agriculture practices for sustainable income generation
& uplifting the life of disadvantaged vulnerable groups.
